APPRENTICESHIP : Learning Design, Content Management and Communication (12M)
The Airlines Learning Services team is looking for its Learning Design Apprentice.

Do you value learning? Learning is key for the adoption of our products by customers. Our core mission is to support them with their learning needs through varied learning solutions and documentation materials. To do so, our team works with Product Managers, Support Teams, and other Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the learning solutions we provide meet the needs of our customers; is in the formats requested; is accurate and is delivered on time.

The product and functional learning solutions we provide could include a blend of:

• self-paced learning: e-Learning, videos, simulations, etc.
• instructor-led learning: virtual classroom, classroom, and workshops

By joining the Airlines Learning Services team, you will contribute actively to our core mission.

Start date: September 2022 Contract type: Apprenticeship Minimum duration: 1 year Study level: from Licence 3, ideally Master Rhythm of apprenticeship: ideally 2d/3d per week

Main Activities

As an apprentice, you will build your skills and knowledge in content management by designing and developing learning solutions. You will participate in the full project cycle from conception to communication about the final product delivery. Finally, you will expand your competencies in some unique design tools.

Some initial projects include:

• Working with the Learning Design team and other stakeholders, contribute to the definition of learning objectives.
• Manage projects from design, to development, and finally to publication.
• Develop media skills to produce video, image, and sound assets where applicable to a learning solution.
• Facilitate design & development learning solutions worldwide by using the Amadeus Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure a successful launch of e-learning lessons on Amadeus products.
• Assist in our self-paced learning publication processes and suggest improvements.
• Support our promotion in our learning solutions to customers, both current and potential.

Requirements

• University degree with a Content Management focus
• Keen interest in Learning Design & Development
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Detail oriented & organized.
• Problem solver & willingness to learn.
• Experience working with a learning authorwares would be useful (Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.)
• Experience working with graphical tools would be useful (Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing, etc.)
• Experience working with OneDrive/SharePoint would be useful
• Team player
• Customer focused
• PC knowledge and proficient in the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
