Role:

As part of the Luxembourg “Professional of the Financial Sector” (PFS) Department and International Tax group responsibilities will include:

• Provide Operational and Regulatory services to our clients by applying our multidisciplinary approach
• Advise on business process design and outsourcing
• Implement operational and tax processes
• Assist in becoming compliant with regulations for leading financial institutions, insurance companies as well as private equity and real estate entities.
•  Contribute on projects such as, business process outsourcing, automatic exchange of information implementation and execution, customer tax reporting preparation, electronic tax form validations, large data processing, tax reclaim and/or relief at source preparation.
• Involvement with efficiency, process improvement supporting our clients, their customers, and our global community.
•  Process design, automation, organizational set-up for the processing of large volume of data, collection of data, analysis and set-up of production and control processes
• Provide operational training, project management and interactions with clients

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering, management, finance and economics
• Fluency in English, French and/or German
• Ability to communicate effectively and a team-player mindset
• Organization, flexibility and ability to manage several files with solid analytical skills
