Job Description

The Senior Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of targeted email campaigns that drive awareness, generate and convert leads, sell a solution, and foster loyalty.

What you'll do:
  • Be the subject matter expert on email marketing best practices within the marketing team.
  • Gain a strong understanding of apparel manufacturers path-to-purchase and own strategy to drive prospects through the buyer journey for specific segments.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and departments including IT, creative, brand and sales teams.
  • Build the content marketing strategy to align with the buyer journey.
  • Analyze data and metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns as well as optimize to drive results within the given budget.
  • Manage and track A/B testing outcomes and data.
  • Manage multilingual and multinational projects across various timelines, budgets, and review/approval requirements.


Qualifications

What you need:
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or a related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B email marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable with short-form copywriting.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation required. Eloqua or HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Self-starter and innovator with the ability to create, communicate and deploy demand generation strategies fluidly and under truncated timelines.
  • Able to engage the sales team on messaging and build a strategy around market engagement.

What will make you stand out:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, finance or analytics.
  • Experience setting up and utilizing data analysis and metrics tracking. Fluency in Google Analytics and marketing attribution.
  • Previous experience working closely with a sales organization to define handoff criteria and set them up for converting leads.
  • Fluency in another language would be a plus.
