As our new colleague, you will join a small team of three colleagues located within our People & Purpose Strategy Team. We are a group of passionate people dedicated to working with the talent agenda and driving organizational change. Working with employer branding, our main objective is to position us as a favoured employer and attract critical and outstanding talents. We want to bring authenticity and employee experience to the forefront of Deloitte's employer branding strategy.

Job Description

As an employer branding consultant, your days will never look the same. One day you will be conceptualising and planning student events, the next you will be optimizing our career site and advising the business on their employer branding efforts. Basically, you will wear many hats, and you will succeed in this role if you can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. But you will have a lot of freedom and flexibility to work the way that suits you best.

Among other things, you will make an impact by:
  • Planning and coordinating activities towards our different target groups, e.g., events and career fairs, together with our brand ambassadors.
  • Developing communication materials, e.g., brochures, invitations, evaluations, etc.
  • Being the key driver for our brand ambassador network, including management and development.
  • Managing and strengthening partnerships with universities and student organisations.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our career site, event site, and internal intranet.

Qualifications

We are looking for a teammate who probably has the following skills and experience:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in communication, marketing, business, or the like.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and naturally takes ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and an interest in copywriting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead a project.
