Job Description

As HR Coordinator you support our HR team in Italy and you will report to the HR Manager, EU in pursuance of our strategic HR objectives. You also coordinate the operation of HR systems & processes and execute assigned tasks & projects.

You will be based at our plant in Italy - Ancarano (TE)

Type of contract: Fixed term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of transformation on a permanent contract.

Tasks:
  • HR Administration by preparing and maintaining employment contracts and other employee documentation as well as periodical and special purpose HR reports (e.g. headcount, recruitment, statistics, etc.)
  • Report development and tracking of data.
  • Check personnel-related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain files and records of a confidential nature, and prepare periodic standardized reports.
  • Assist with the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
  • Proactively identify possibilities to improve the workplace environment, HR services, products, or processes.
  • Communication by preparing HR-related internal announcements, HR information briefs, translating employee communication and doing proof reading for HR related communications plus counseling managers on labor related issues
  • Training & Development Process by tracking and documenting employee training & development activities, plus coordinating/organizing training & development activities
  • Management of digital employee data archive.


Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor's Degree in economical matter or related combined with a strong enterprising spirit and a sense of cultural empathy to effectively cooperate with people
  • Previous work experience of 1+ years of HR related experience - preferably in international and/or manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Italian and English both spoken and written; ( mandatory)
  • Excellent organizational and analytic skills with experience of planning a range of tasks effectively and for daily operational needs and HR improvement actions
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail when working with figures and finance
  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Google sheet .
  • Good people management, influencing and relationship building skills
  • Perform well at any situation and be able to handle a number of key tasks at a time
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
  • High-energy, flexible mindset, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic work approach to develop business in difficult conditions is a must
  • Strong interest and drive to identify/build and meet business needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in complex multinational matrix organization
  • Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
