Within the Investment Banking division, which provides a range of customized financial products and services to leading governments, large corporates, and institutional clients around the world, the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance (LAF) team works with private equity and large corporate funds to originate, structure and syndicate LBO and corporate financing.

What you will do

The Leveraged & Acquisition Finance France team is looking for a full-time graduate from August 2024. Your main task will be to participate in the creation of commercial proposals and the execution of LBO and corporate financing mandates:

  •         Preparation of commercial proposals / customer pitches
  •         Analysis of financing opportunities (due diligence, research, structuring, etc.)
  •         Development of financial models, rating analysis and comparable analysis
  •         Preparation of credit notes (analysis of the company and its market, financial analysis, etc.)
  •         Contribution to syndication processes (rating, marketing materials, Q&A with investors, etc.)
  •         Participation to client meetings

 

Our Graduate Programme will help you to develop a broad range of technical and transferable skills through a tailored development plan that supports your individual strengths. After completion of the programme you may have the opportunity for a six-month international assignment to help advance your professional development.

 

Who we are looking for 

  •         Bac+5 (Grande Ecole, Engineering school, IEP, Master in Finance or MBA)
  •         Solid knowledge in corporate finance, financial analysis and modelling
  •         Strong skills in office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  •         Languages: French and English (written/spoken perfectly fluent)
  •         Previous experience in investment banking / leveraged finance, private debt, private equity, M&A, transaction services or strategy consulting firm required
  •         Communication skills, rigor, dynamism, autonomy, availability, initiative, sense of teamwork and sense of organization
