About your team :

The West Europe Marketing team is composed of six individuals each with their unique talent but united in its commitment to building a world class commercial marketing organisation that has the client at the heart of all that we do. It sits within Fidelity’s wider marketing framework with teams located across the globe and works hand-in-hand with local sales teams. Using diverse marketing channels, we promote Fidelity’s broad range of innovative solutions and services across asset classes to a diverse set of clients ranging from pension funds, government agencies to banks, insurance companies and family offices.

About your role :

Your primary focus within the team is to support the delivery of the marketing strategy for the Benelux region for professional clients, across multiple channels (emails, events, social media, content, web…) and products as well as to implement and adapt global marketing campaigns locally when relevant. You’ll be expected to deliver high value-add support to key clients and the sales teams with the commitment of strengthening Fidelity’s position in the Benelux region and building a framework that is client centric, competitive and commercially sustainable. You will work closely with the rest of the West Europe Marketing team based in Paris to leverage on potential synergies and regularly exchange with sales colleagues based in Brussels, Luxembourg and Amsterdam.

About you :

Please note that fluency in English and Dutch are part of our basic requirements and we won't be able to move forward if those requirements are not met.

  • First experience in marketing or communications in financial or asset management sector
  • Proven track record of successful campaign marketing execution
  • Excellent communication skills including written and spoken fluency in English and Dutch ; French is an advantage
  • Experience in event organization and marketing project management
  • Experience in producing or amplifying marketing content
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently yet as a proven team player
