Job Description

Are you looking to dive into corporate communications and policy while gaining valuable experience as part of a dynamic team in an international environment?

As an intern in the Communications and Corporate Policy team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects with teams from marketing, employer branding, corporate policy, and scientific innovation departments. Your tasks will fall into three main areas:

Communications. You will support international colleagues with the editing of a wide variety of texts, ensuring appropriate messaging and immaculate English grammar; support with managing and updating Eurofins communications assets, and developing new communications collateral (copyediting, reviewing and managing process of implementation and updates); work with the marketing team to manage a central image library.

Social Media. You will support in the management of all Eurofins social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok); create editorial calendars and develop content (copy and associated imagery, graphics, and videos) for GSC social media channels, managing distribution and scheduling; track and analyse social media performance.

Corporate Policy. You will support the process of creating, reviewing, publishing and updating essential internal process documents, including conducting a quality control of all publications and how these are stored on the new intranet platform, keeping track of key data, and providing reports and overviews for senior management and internal training providers.

Qualifications

Education: Recent graduate (graduated in the past year) of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages, Marketing, Communications or Science (or similar).

Languages: Native English speaker or near native level.

IT skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Personal skills: organised and able to work independently with attention to details.

Starting date: as soon as possible.
