What roles are we hiring for and where? 

EF is searching for empathetic, energetic and organised individuals to join our summer team in a variety of roles in our summer camps across the UK. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your customer service, welfare and management skills within an international environment.

Activity Leader/Coordinator/Manager

Academic Coordinator/Manager

Student Services Coordinator/Manager

Residence Advisor/Coordinator/Manager

Our roles run from May – late August 2024, with a minimum commitment of three weeks during the summer (management roles run for three months). Full time, permanent opportunities are also available post summer.

Requirements 

Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail

Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally working with young people and strong emotional intelligence

You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality

Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced environment

Fluent in English
