YOUR ROLE

Edenred's Public Affairs Department is recruiting an intern dedicated to the Public Affairs topics of the Mobility Business Line for the Group. He/she will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring legislative/regulatory policies in the fields of mobility (e.g. multi-energy cards, tolls, road transport), sustainability (e.g. electric mobility, fleet energy transition), payment and taxation
  • Supporting relevant stakeholders’ mapping of the ecosystem (e.g. public decision-makers, industry associations, interest groups, think tanks)
  • Managing the creation of content (e.g. toolkits) in support of the Public Affairs strategy of the Mobility Business Line and of the Group's various countries
  • Participating in the drafting of institutional content (position papers, talking points, white papers, etc.)
  • Supporting the coordination of the Public Affairs correspondents’ network in the Mobility Business Line subsidiaries (Europe, Latin America)
  • Contributing to the development of adapted tools dedicated to the network of Public Affairs correspondents and to the identification of local best practices

Ultimately, your role will encourage you to identify, understand and assess key regulatory issues that may influence the Mobility Business Line's activity, in a dynamic international context.

YOUR PROFILE

You have graduated from a Master degree program in Political Science, Public Affairs, Law or Communications.

You have strong interest in mobility and sustainability issues.

You have already gained experience in public policy in the public sector (Government, Parliament) or in the private sector (consultancy firms, corporates).

Required skills:

  • Analytical skills and pragmatism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded and proactive
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in project mode
  • Good knowledge of general computer skills

Languages required: English compulsory. Another language would be an asset.

EXPECTED START DATE

June-July 2024, for 4-6 months (starting date is flexible)
