Our activity is looking for a Program Manufacturing Leader for its R&D Center based in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Monbéliard; near Switzerland). The Center R&D from Bavans, with close to 1000 collaborators, develop innovative solutions for sustainable and clean mobility. It is Forvia's global center of expertise on hydrogen storage systems.

Apprenticeship duration 6 months, from September 2024

What makes the position interesting?

As Intern Program Manufacturing Leader, you will design the manufacturing process of the Hydrogen Storage Systems withing the programs, in acquisition phase or in development phase.

You will be working on challenges that matter

Your missions:

Vos missions :

  • Collaborating with ¨Process Architects Referent from the manufacturing team and the specialists, you will collect and structure the data allowing to define the process during acquisition phase.
  • You will support the integration of Safety requirements linked to Hydrogen products and high pressure in the definition of the manufacturing process.
  • You will extend this capitalization to provide products definition guidelines in order to ensure "design to manufacturing" principles.
  • You will participate to the creation of technology decision matrixes, involving the specialist teams.
  • You will contribute to the creation of equipment standards.

What if it were you?

  • Bachelor degree/Master in engineering
  • First internship or project linked to assembly process definition and/or high pressure equipment would be an advantage
  • Drawing reading, Mechanical assembly, Lean manufacturing
  • Communication; International networking and collaborative work mindset
  • English mandatory
