YOUR MISSION

You will join the Payment Solution & New Markets (PSNM) Financial Control team and report to the Head of Business PSNM FP&A.

You will support the Head of PSNM FP&A in all typical financial exercises such as monthly business reviews and closings, Budget, Forecast, 3 year strategic plan;

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements/reporting and forecasts in accordance with internal policies/ guidelines
  • Support monthly, quarterly & yearly closing reported to the group
  • Assist the creation of budgets and forecasts and ensure monitoring and follow up on a continuous basis
  • Support the preparation of the 3Y strategic plan (FFWD)
  • Complete quality review and checks on key business processes with a view to continuous improvement
  • Provide and support information requests from local business units controllers
  • Participate to manage specific projects as directed by the daily business

Central costs  of the Business Line

  • In coordination with the accounting team, ensure monthly closing cadence is respected, ensuring timely reporting of the costs
  • Perform timely analysis to ensure accuracy of results, identifying the root causes for gaps between budget / forecasts and actual results
  • As part of the Group's cadence, ensure accurate forecasting of the central costs of the Business Line
  • Provide visibility to the internal stakeholders on their actual teams' costs versus their budgets, together with appropriate justification for any positive or negative gaps

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Bac +5, business school university, Master's degree in Finance candidates seeking for their final-year internship – An internship Agreement is mandatory
  • A minimum 6 months internship experience in a controlling, FP&A or External auditor role
  • Good command in Excel modeling tools (advanced formulas), PowerPoint, and IT tools
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and transversely in a matrix and multicultural universe
  • Autonomous, rigorous and organised
  • Fast-learner and ability to deal with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge and be also a partner to the local management team
  • English and French fluency (both spoken & written) is required
