We are looking for an HR Controller Apprentice to join the Faurecia Hydrogen Solutions division.

The Faurecia Hydrogen Solutions (FHS) division develops hydrogen storage systems, both gaseous and liquid, for automotive and hydrogen transport. Considered of common interest by the State and the European Union, it benefits from significant financial support and the trust of key automotive manufacturers positioning themselves on hydrogen, allowing it to aspire to become the global leader in hydrogen storage systems.

The HR Controller Apprentice will be part of the HR team of the FHS division and will report directly to the Division HR Controller & C&B Manager.

You will work on meaningful challenges.

Your missions:
  • The objective of this apprenticeship is to discover and deepen knowledge of headcounts and labor costs controlling, an expertise at the border of Human Resources and Finance.
  • Prepare and consolidate the monthly closing (control of the payroll data, estimation of the labor costs, monitoring of headcount, HR KPIs, and dashboard elaboration)
  • Ensure consistency between payroll costs, workforce planning, and activity evolution.
  • Build the budget for the following year and support the various sites and other stakeholders involved in its development.
  • Participate to the Strategic Plan of FHS by defining the global headcounts trajectory for the 5 coming years.
  • Participate in various analysis work and presentations as needed and as per news (diversity study, compensations studies)

And if it was you?
  • Master degree level education in Human Resources or Financial Controlling
  • Alternating contract duration of 1 to 2 years
  • Good level of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A first experience in HR administrative management, conducting HR analysis/studies, or financial controlling would be appreciated.
  • Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, ability to communicate in an international environment, to establish good relationships.
