Release Train Engineer for People ART hos Ørsted

Join us in this role where you'll act as a driving force for sharing agile and SAFe knowledge across four ART teams with 41 employees. You'll work as a servant leader and facilitate ART practices, program level processes, and execution. You'll also manage risks and escalate impediments as well as assist the teams in delivering value. An important part of your job will also be to ensure proper funding to the ART and continuously monitor spending.

You'll be part of People ART where you, together with your colleagues, will lead strong and diverse teams primarily situated in Denmark and Poland. Our ART provides solutions and supports the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the organisation. In your daily work, you'll be in close collaboration with business owners, IT leadership, and Competence leaders. You can look forward to being a part of a great RTE community with 21 RTE colleagues, whom you will collaborate with on everyday problems, leadership issues, and to how to mature your ART even more.

You'll play an important role in:

  • ensuring a sustainable and efficient flow of products by working closely with the product manager and solution architect
  • ensuring that the ART growth is balanced according to roadmap, sourcing of new people, and the budget
  • the development of the ART, e.g., scrum masters, processes, team topology, etc.
  • facilitating the ART ceremonies, e.g., PI planning, SOS, ART Leadership meetings, etc.

To succeed in the role, you:
  • have strong experience with scaled agile and scrum working with multiple agile teams in a SAFe context
  • are very proficient in financial management and accounting structures related to IT, enabling informed decision-making, and the tracking of progress and budget across complex multi-funding channel
  • have experience working as an RTE, e.g., running agile ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional and cross-country teams to deliver working software to the business
  • understand how to use agile tools, such as Azure DevOps and Miro
  • have a collaborative and involving mindset and understand what it takes to be leading in an agile environment.
