The Process Improvement Documentation Specialist will work closely with Reconciliation Operations Subject Matter Experts to identify , document, update, improve, and implement operational processes across reconciliation operations. This role will work with operations leadership to design, document, and refine processes, creating workflows, highlight bottlenecks and challenges, identify process enhancements. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong understanding of ACA reconciliation and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current operational processes and identify areas for improvement to create future-state processes.
Collaborate with the Recon SMEs to identify and document processes, SOPs, and identify gaps
Work with cross-functional teams to document and standardize processes, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement and ensure processes both existing and new are compliant with industry standards, regulatory guidance, client requirements, and SLA/KPI requirements per existing agreements and any forthcoming changes.
Strong process documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Understanding of ACA reconciliation operations
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation, utilizing tools such as flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and process models.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate to various audiences
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong work ethic
Comfortable with autonomy and is self-motivated
Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
