- To ensure e-KYC application for Dash and Remittance are processed within T+2.
- To verify, update and approve e-KYC application via dash app.
- Provide e-KYC reporting on weekly and monthly basis.
- Follow-up with customer care, compliance and regulatory department from time-to-time to clear any doubt applications.
- To support same day e-KYC application approval during key events or roadshows on Sunday
- Any other duties that are assigned by Supervisor from time to time
- Min ‘N’ Levels
- Min 1 year room support or customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Lively, energetic and positive thinking individual
- Good working attitude and a team player
- Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Speaks English
- Able speak at least a foreign language is a PLUS (Bahasa Indonesia/Tagalog/Tamil/Burmese)
