Job Description

  • To ensure e-KYC application for Dash and Remittance are processed within T+2.
  • To verify, update and approve e-KYC application via dash app.
  • Provide e-KYC reporting on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Follow-up with customer care, compliance and regulatory department from time-to-time to clear any doubt applications.
  • To support same day e-KYC application approval during key events or roadshows on Sunday
  • Any other duties that are assigned by Supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Min ‘N’ Levels
  • Min 1 year room support or customer service experience
  • Computer literate
  • Lively, energetic and positive thinking individual
  • Good working attitude and a team player
  • Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Speaks English
  • Able speak at least a foreign language is a PLUS (Bahasa Indonesia/Tagalog/Tamil/Burmese)
