About the opportunity:

We are currently offering a Program Marketing Internship within the Cisco Customer Experience Centers in Krakow and Lisbon. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of different areas and projects which will include:


  • Support with Social Media activities aligned to campaigns
  • Support with traditional media channel activities
  • Support CX Site program leads with internal and external conferences and events
  • Supporting Communications Manager gaining hands-on experience in how to create compelling end-to-end campaigns
  • Prepare presentations for editorial board to review communications activities
  • Contribute to internal TV show – pre-communications, show production, onsite support and event follow-up
  • Creating and reviewing articles for internal newsletters for relevance, accuracy and compelling content
  • Upkeep of internal online community content

Project Management:

  • Day to day project administration
  • Developing and supporting key strategic initiatives
  • Analysis of data relating to projects and programs


  • The ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues in a multicultural environment
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Good understanding of project planning methods, prioritization and time management skills
  • Foundation knowledge of marketing, both traditional and social media channels
  • Enjoys working to tight deadlines in a high pressured environment
  • Excellent English language skills

  • University student studying Marketing, PR & communications, business economics or other social sciences departments (being a student for the duration of the internship is a must)
