This elite two-year traineeship is meticulously designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in agricultural commodity trading, transportation, and processing. With ADM, you will navigate the complexities of the global markets and contribute to the sustenance of the world.

First Year: Immerse yourself in the foundational elements of agricultural commodity markets, engaging in hands-on roles within our dynamic European operations. Gain practical experience in trading, transportation, and processing, setting the stage for advanced learning.

Second Year: Elevate your expertise with greater autonomy and direct market engagement, facilitated by a strategic relocation within Europe. This phase is crafted to deepen your market acumen and enhance your decision-making capabilities.

What will make you successful:

  • Master’s or bachelor's degree, preferably in an Economics, Business or Agricultural discipline
  • Strong interest in Agri-commodity trading business
  • Strong drive for success, great analytical skills, you are self-motivated, results-oriented and you always strive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
  • Willing to travel and/or to relocate within Europe
  • A valid EU work permit
