Work you’ll do

As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Human Capital group you will:

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices

  • Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications and Change Management

  • Create process maps for client standard operating procedures
  • Analyze process map and recommend changes, updates, and feedback to team and client
  • Work with team to create and implement knowledge management strategic plan according to goals/constraints
  • Develop strategic communication plan for new process implementation

  • Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope

The Team

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1 year of consulting and/or industry experience related to organizational transformation, branding or strategic communications
  • 1 year of consulting and/or industry experience related to process mapping/diagram creation, process improvement
  • 1 year of professional experience utilizing various knowledge management tools
  • 1 year of professional experience utilizing SharePoint and MS Office

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position.

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Secret clearance
