PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) department is responsible for evolving SAP’s IT strategy and executing on it. We are applying our expertise in technology and business processes by driving the internal adoption of standard applications that support end-users in the execution and re-engineering of their processes in all lines of business, always putting a strong focus on end-user centricity.
Enterprise Service Management team within the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) department is setting up and operating internal Service Management applications which are used by multiple Lines of Business (Finance, IT, HR, Sales, etc) and serve all end-users at SAP.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Your tasks will be:
  • Support the transformation of Internal IT Service Management platform at SAP
  • Work with experienced Product Owners to collect requirements from various business stakeholders, prepare user stories and maintain product backlog
  • Design, develop, test, document and deliver required functionality with a strong focus on usability and end-user experience
  • Learn agile software development practices and apply them by being a part of agile product team
  • Conduct research and provide communication materials for the team and stakeholders

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
  • Master student of Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or Mathematics
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
  • Very good English language skills, German language is a plus
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, with an outgoing and creative mindset
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated to work in an international and fast paced environment
