We offer We are looking for a Supply Planner for Nestlé Professional for a one year maternity cover. You will be located at our Nordic head office at Ørestad in Copenhagen and be part of our Nordic Operations department where Demand & Supply Planning is a team within the department. The team consists 11 supply planners and 9 demand planners, including our student worker; each with a different set of tasks, but all linked to the purpose of securing correct supply from factories to warehouses.
Du bliver en del af vores nordiske Supply Chain team, og du vil referere til vores nordiske Demand & Supply Planning Manager.On a daily basis, you will work with the whole SChain and Marketing team based primarily in Copenhagen and Helsingborg. You can expect flexible workhours and the possibility to work from home when your work allows it. Limited travelling is required in this position, but travelling for training or business meetings may occur, especially trips to our Helsingborg office and factory where Nestlé Professional is based. We offer a one year temporary contract and we would like you to join our team in October. You will report directly to Joe Tamburro, Category Demand and Supply Planning Manager.

Are you ready for your future challenges?As Supply Planner for Nestlé Professional, you will be working closely with your team, brand managers, and trade marketing to coordinate the stock availability in the different warehouses across the Nordics. You will ensure a reliable pace of supply from our suppliers across Europe and manage supply risks.
You will have the freedom to implement improvements to the supply planning processes and tools to deliver sustainable service to customers and optimized stock covers.
You will be empowered to be the key point of contact for the Business manager towards the Supply Chain. Furthermore, you will communicate on a regular basis with your counterparts in the Nestlé HQ in Switzerland.

- Possess exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to challenge status quo
Additionally, you are open, friendly and communicate with ease as this will enable you to engage and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your experiences and qualificationsYou have minimum 2 years professional experience as planner within forecast and/or supply – preferably from the FMCG industry and you hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or similar. Furthermore, you:
- Have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and a flair for numbers
- Have worked with or had exposure to SAP
- Have experience in influencing others in a trustworthy manner
- Are fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages.
Your work competences include math, statistical or analytical skills that enables you to discuss with facts when you communicate with your stakeholders.
