Hotel Henri is located in Manhattan’s trendy Chelsea neighborhood bordering the West Village, Midtown, Flatiron District and Union Square. Our hotel is steps away from exciting restaurants, shops, museums and attractions. We’re minutes to Union Square, the Empire State Building, Fifth Avenue, Theatre District, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park, Madison Square Garden and Museum of Modern Art. The Hotel Henri is a contemporary urban retreat in the heart of NYC.
We are part of an expanding hospitality group with current properties in New York City and Long Island, as well as additional properties currently under development in New York City. Our company goal is to continue to expand by acquiring and developing assets. We currently have a career opportunity available for a Hotel Front Desk Agent.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors
  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information
  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through PBX.
  • Also plays an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance.

  Requirements
  • This is a full time position that requires flexibility with scheduling including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays
  • Cash handling experience is a must
  • Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills are required
  • HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
