Are you looking to make a big impact on a creative team? A.T. Kearney’s Digital Marketing team is looking for a full-time social media and digital content intern to support our firm’s web, social, and analytics projects. To succeed in this role, you will be a strong writer with an eye for inventive storytelling, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of social media, web content management, and analytics. You will also be able to work with teams across the world, be willing to learn about different digital and content marketing tactics, and be able to proactively suggest new strategies. This is a 6-month position with an opportunity for extension. The role reports to the Managing Editor, with a dotted line to the Digital Content and Social Media Specialist.


  • Work with managers to develop, create, and publish new content for A.T. Kearney’s website and social media channels.

  • Pursue opportunities to update, improve, and build off existing content to improve SEO and social media results.

  • Seek opportunities to combine website and social media content strategy and implementation.

  • Assist in research and planning for target client marketing projects.

  • Work with managers on growing multimedia offerings including video, photo, and interactive content.

  • Assist in website and social media analytics, performance metrics, and tagging practices.

  • Work with managers to develop and share best practices related to digital marketing skills and capabilities.



  • Undergraduate student with a strong focus in writing and communications
  • Experience in/understanding of social media marketing
  • Ability to conduct research and synthesize the findings for distribution
  • A self-starter with natural curiosity and the ability to execute with thought and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and major social media channels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels and collaboratively in team environments across multiple functions and geographies
  • Understanding of social listening and publishing tools (e.g. Meltwater) a plus
  • Applicants may be asked to write sample web and social media copy based on a published A.T. Kearney article as part of the interview process
