Are you looking to make a big impact on a creative team? A.T. Kearney’s Digital Marketing team is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our firm’s global marketing initiatives. This role reports to the global head of digital marketing. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of major social media channels, basic web content management, analytics and measurement platforms, SEO, paid search and social, and have an account management mindset. You will need to be inventive, clever, and open to sharing prolific ideas. Attention to detail and consistency is a must. This role will also require you to be on top of marketing and content trends and willing to proactively suggest new strategies. This position is based in Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Act as our single digital marketing point of contact and subject matter expert for the Americas and APAC regional marketers and partners to intake, strategize, and execute projects
  • Strategize and execute on Target Client Marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize search and social media sponsored advertising to ensure our content is seen by our target audience
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, processes, and campaigns
  • Test and optimize demand generation and lead capture strategies and reports
  • Work with regional marketers to design email nurture campaign flows
  • Work hand in hand with analytics, social, and web content teams on testing, reporting, and optimizing for campaigns
  • Work closely with design team on creative brand asset development
  • Develop campaign plans for ad-hoc firm events (i.e.. International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Recruiting season, etc.)


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Account Management experience a plus
  • Ability to conduct research and synthesize the findings for distribution
  • Ability to think strategically and apply given strategy and/or common business knowledge to recommendations and rationale
  • Ability to execute with thought and attention to detail, with managerial direction (versus dictation)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels and collaboratively in team environments across multiple functions and regions
