Group Leadership Training Intern at Generali Italia

Job Description

Within the Group Leadership Training team we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The candidate will support the design and delivery of learning and development programs for specific targets (CEOs, Group Top Managers, Group Talents) within Generali Group in alignment with Generali Strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Take active part in the brainstorming for the design of the content and format for the program(s)
  • Take active part in the engagement of relevant stakeholders and manage the international network of external partners
  • Organize the structure of the event(s), e.g. meetings, workshops, virtual events and manage invitations
  • Prepare presentations and documents
  • Define the communication plan of the initiative(s)


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • University's degree (economics, political science, psychology preferred)
  • International exposure (study or work experience)
  • A sincere interest in training and people development
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Proactivity and positive thinking
  • Relationship management skills
  • Creative, curious, with a strong attention to details and open to challenges
  • Collaborative and strong team player


Nice to have:
  • Prior work experience
  • Knowledge of digital, social/business networks
