Learning & Development Intern at Generali Italia

Job Description

Within the People Care function we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The People Care Unit is in charge of supporting the Head Office HR Director structure in managing all activities related with people development, training, performance management and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Support in the collection, analysis and clustering of individual training and development needs, identified through Individual Development Plans (IDP)
  • Planning of the training offer in terms of type of courses and number of editions based on training needs
  • Planning of the training calendar for both face-to-face courses (in Trieste and Milan) and virtual classrooms
  • Reporting management of training activities
  • Training delivery:
    • Use of the Course Manager platform to send invitations and track participants for training and development initiatives
    • Preparation of materials / documents useful for courses both on paper for face-to-face courses and digitally for online courses (eg creation of learning questionnaires on MS Forms)
  • Implementation of the We Learn training plan in the Head Office: collection of training needs, management of communications, production of reports
  • Management of training funding through FBA (Fondo Banche Assicurazioni): drafting of the training plan, collection and production of the required documents in alignment with suppliers and teachers for courses reporting
  • Back-office activities as administration, accounting, management of payments / invoices and relations with suppliers and internal customers


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • University Degree in Psycology, Economy, BA, Communications, International Relations
  • Proven experience in managing multiple deliveries and meeting tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in managing events / trainings both in-presence and virtual
  • Good English knowledge (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in e-learning platforms
  • Experience in managing supplier payments with relations with external providers and clients
  • Experience in managing financed trainings
  • Good reporting skills
  • Excellent Office 365 skills (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
