A day in the life of: 

  • The Sales Forecasting and Business Data Analyst is an internal role in the Sales Strategy and Planning Team which is part of the WW Sales Organization.

  • The core activity of this new role will be to develop and implement a data driven model making use of extensive existing data sets (mostly historical information about sales funnel and pipeline and previously submitted forecasts) aiming to get to a more factual and predictable automated quarterly forecast using basic algorithms. 

  • The aim is also to validate if the data driven outcome of this process is improving the quality of our forecast submission.

  • In order to be successful in this area the preferred candidate is able to perform in a complex environment (multiple Business Units, Route-to-Markets, Sales sub-teams, customer segments) understanding both the business environment as well as the corporate forecast process governance.

  • Knowledge of current programming languages, statistics and machine learning. Affinity and interest in sales cycles, pipeline processes and cause and effect analysis.

  • Main connection points will be the Business Unit Sales Leaders, Finance, Planning and teams both in the Netherlands as well as in the Northern Western Europe Geo.

  • Fulltime position - start date per September 

  • Fluent English and Dutch
