Your Tasks

As a working student in our Global Consumer & Market Insights Team, you will be a key part of our team and will support various market research tasks:

  • Co-ordinate the Beiersdorf Consumer Academy agenda - planning and organization of upskilling sessions for Marketing throughout the year
  • Support the Consumer Empathy taskforce in creating & managing an expert channel for the Empathy program on our internal knowledge platform
  • Participate in conducting ad-hoc digital method pilots, helping us to test new AI & tech enabled market research tools and summarizing learnings to share back
  • Support the team with desk research and insight meta-learnings on key business topics to present back to our stakeholders
  • Assist the team with data management, optimizing & maintaining dashboards & identifying relevant findings from large data sets for Brand Health Tracking
  • Assist with other ad hoc requests and projects, learning our research methods & processes on-the-job


Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is excited to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enrolled student in a full-time degree program
  • Proactive mindset, motivated to learn, with a strong work ethic
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to process and synthesize data to identify key messages, with attention to detail
  • A passion for understanding consumers, turning complex information into inspiring stories and a desire to foster a consumer centric mindset in our organization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams (Power BI is a plus)
  • Prior market research, data or marketing experience is a plus
