As a Junior in our Accounting Compliance & Reporting team, you will embark on a rewarding journey where your responsibilities will be to: 

  • Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements under diverse accounting frameworks with a profound understanding of the legal and economic aspects of the tax structure in place.
  • Prepare financial reportings tailored to our clients' and their investor’s needs mainly from asset management industry.
  • Help clients in improving and implementing efficient financial reporting processes as well as applying IFRS and LuxGAAP: conversions, implementation of new standards, accounting opinions, complex accounting matters, etc..
  • Support internal tax departments in fulfilling tax compliance obligations.
  • Be part of projects advising on finance process controls, finance process optimization and transformation, financial data analysis and data visualization, finance technology innovation and automation.
  • Work with clients to address critical issues for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in creating value and delivering world-class future finance capabilities.

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) and program management certification would be beneficial or the willingness to commit to a professional qualification.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles, IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP would be considered an asset.
  • Prior internship or work experience in accounting or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to accounting and reporting software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English. French and / or German would be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in office-related computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required and programming languages (i.e. VBA) would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Tech affinity, whether though professional expertise or natural interest.
