Our E-commerce Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting EU platforms and customer needs.

What will you be doing:  

  • Day to day support linked to EU platform, modules and connected systems (BEES)Provide technical support and troubleshooting and investigation to internal teams 
  • Develop custom reporting to create valuate insights to the team and stakeholders
  • Process drafting and documentation with business
  • Enhancing/assisting support teams to provide excellent customer experience
  • Provide regular update to ticket initiator and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

What you'll bring:  

  • C1 in English
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • SAP ERP (nice to have)
  • Level 1 IT support (nice to have)
  • Salesforce or CRM knowledge would be advantageous
  • Bring your creativity to the team and role, where your ideas can be developed and recognized.
