We are looking for a Human Resources Analytics apprentice to join our team!

Our Forvia Clean Mobility activity in Nanterre is looking for a new team-member to participate on H.R Analytics/Controlling in a challenging worldwide perimeter. Supporting HR Managers & Directors in this cross-cultural environment and contributing to the Strategy of our Entity toward environment changes & market evolution. Ensuring human in the center of processes.

You will be working on challenges that matter

Your missions:

  • Contribute to FCM HR controlling and HR Strategy (80% of your time):
    • Helping in structuring the HR annual Budget and 5-year Strategic Plan
    • Participate to the Monthly reporting process (KPI evolutions, participating to HR controlling meetings to review forecasts)
    • Collecting and analyzing HR budget and quantitative social data, checking their reliability to evaluate the company HR performances
    • Participate to specific deliverables (Gender diversity, M&A, international benchmarks, engagement survey).
    • Various analysis on HR indicators (absenteeism, training...)

  • Support Compensation & Benefits projects (20%):
    • Assisting employees during the variable compensation process
    • Supporting the coordination of the Annual Salary Review process
    • Handling C&B aspects of the expatriated population
    • C&B projects and analysis (compensation offers for new joiners, salary positioning analysis...)

    What if it were you?

    • Master 1 or 2 with an HR specialization (other spe. accepted)
    • Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
    • Team spirit and international mindset
    • Fluent in English (working language)
