VIE- HRIS group project officer at Euronext

Within the Group HRIS & HR Services department , the V.I.E. HRIS group project officer will provide support to all our local HR and stakeholders across business, she/he will pro-actively deliver key HRIS projects and will work closely with the Integration and Operation team.

You should have strong interpersonal skills, be approachable, responsive, results and team oriented, rigorous, proactive, and trustworthy.

As HRIS group project officer , some of your key accountabilities will be to:

HRIS management

  • Administration of the HRIS tools at the group level
  • Data control management, especially between the main HRIS system Workday and other surround products by monitoring the changes and follow up of some KPI.
  • Leading of the interfaces management with the different parties
  • Testing of the different evolutions
  • Support local team in Porto or in Oslo to manage the different systems via training, update of data, relationship with providers for local specificities

Projects and process improvements

  • Lead and/or support Group HRIS project like integration of new entities , evolutions of the tools to support the HR community
  • Coordinate communication and information of on-going HRIS projects to the HR team across the world

Profile and Skills
Euronext is looking at the following profile:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience of HRIS tools like Workday, Time and attendance …

Education and knowledge:

  • Business School or University degree in HR, Economics or statistics.
