The Junior program manager apprentice will help to drive business development activities in support to the Northern Western Europe (NWE) Program manager team. 

The mission will include specific actions related to sales enablement, coordination of partner events and help to strengthen communication around NWE Channel sales programs. 

The role is supporting multiple countries consisting of France, Netherlands, BeLux, Nordics.

  • Your main tasks will be :

The Partner Program Manager assistant  apprentice will help to drive business development activities in support to the Northern Western Europe (NWE) Program manager team.

The mission will include specific actions related to sales enablement, coordination of partner events and help to strengthen communication around NWE Channel sales programs.

Your main tasks will include the following ones :

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the creation and optimization of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops, and resources to support sales teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between multi- countries, sales & marketing departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing performance metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing strategy and enablement to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
