Uber Eats is seeking a passionate Account Manager to support the growth of our food delivery business in the Netherlands. We are seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about building long-term partnerships with restaurants. This role calls for a rare combination of relationship management, operational excellence, and a love for problem-solving. It is an excellent opportunity to develop your commercial and analytical skills while working in an "all hands on deck" environment.

What You'll Do

• Grow the delivery business of your own portfolio of restaurants through data analysis, a high level of engagement, and implementing marketing plans. For example, you find opportunities to open new locations or initiate (social) marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with a wide variety of restaurant owners.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the merchant experience from the first trip and beyond
• Tackle complex merchant problems either by finding a solution yourself or by calling out issues within the organisation. You make sure the problems of our top restaurant partners are prioritised and solved efficiently.
• Increase awareness of Merchants on new products and upsell existing products
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the food delivery market, our product, competitors, and vision and act as an ambassador of Uber Eats’ mission, brand, and product.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional experience with bonus points for sales or account management experience
• Proficiency in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

• You have outstanding listening and communication skills, both verbally and written. You are able to adjust your communication style to a wide variety of audiences.
• You’re self-motivated and highly organized as you’ll manage a big portfolio of merchants
• You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to come to solutions
• You are comfortable working with numbers to drive insights and like to make data-driven decisions.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated. You work hard until you get the job done!
