We are currently recruiting a Quality Manager for our Co - Manufacturing 3PM for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Details:

Tingalpa location with flexibility to travel.
12-month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure PepsiCo quality and food safety standards and protocols are effectively implemented in our 3PM manufacturing facilities.
Manage commercialisation of all innovation, product and packaging for 3PM.
Manage 3PM to ensure that all processes meet Pepsi Co requirements.
Track quality and food safety results from 3PM sites via KPI reporting and audits to guarantee compliance against agreed specifications and procedures

Requirements for the role:

Degree in Food Science or similar discipline.
High level of functional competency, technical understanding and development of business processes Plant Conversion processes for Quality & Food Safety, regulatory requirements, analytical skills.
Experience in a food, Juice and /or beverage manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills. Ability to apply risk assessment techniques to a variety of situations.
Previous auditing experience across the food manufacturing sector, specifically related to quality. Ability to coordinate and perform when-where needed QC site assessment and audit.
Experience working across Asia Pacific, must be willing to travel.
