Job Description

Purpose:

As part of an enterprise-wide centralized supporting Business Unit in the execution of AbbVie Speaker Programs; this role will focus primarily on leading/driving innovation in P2P technologies, operational processes, and various levels of Field Sales support.
You’ll be partnering closely with multiple Internal cross-functional teams (BTS, Compliance, CCG, Marketing, IAT, etc) to successfully implement and execute on strategies across variety of initiatives aligned to both Field Operations Team and larger FPAT Organizational goals.
The ideal candidate has excellent Project Management capabilities, refined communications skills, and strong analytical/conceptual abilities. They are self-starters and result-driven individuals that can manage multiple competing priorities. This candidate should also complement the existing strong team culture working in a collaborative matrix-oriented environment while also being highly accountable when working autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of Speaker Program Operations and internal processes.
  • Manage Vendors and/or Internal Teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and quality service.
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional teams and their functional areas to facilitate informed decision-making and collaborative efforts.
  • Understanding of Speaker Program technology ecosystem to support innovation across various tech platforms, Field Tools and other business system integrations.
  • Understanding of Speaker Program data to support ad-hoc reporting requests, executive readouts, Marketing analytics, dashboards/reporting capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to address unmet needs and manage projects from inception through completion.
  • Prioritize multiple competing projects to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion.
  • Facilitate operational Speaker Program Training/Education with new Field Representatives.
  • Develop and execute communications to engage key stakeholders and inform them of all new initiatives including process improvements, policy updates, and/or leadership decisions.
  • Parter with Marketing, BTS, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and External Vendors to drive harmonization and consistency across enterprise-level operations.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to Home Office and Field Team inquiries to ensure Speaker Program knowledge transfer and compliance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Working knowledge of basic system software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  • Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner
  • 5+ years of similar work experience preferred
