In this context of acceleration of Sustainability at FORVIA Clean Mobility, we are looking for our new Sustainability VIE. 

 

The Sustainability VIE is responsible for accelerating and deploying the Sustainability strategy at FORVIA Clean Mobility, in the different regions and departments. The VIE is attached to the FCM Sustainability Network and will be responsible for leading the network.

 

The VIE Sustainability works with several networks of the FORVIA Group (Environment Group, CSR Group, Operation, R&D, purchasing, HR Network, Communication...)

Your role and responsibilities:

 

The mission of the VIE Sustainability, in TERNI, Italy.

 

Your main missions will be :

  • Accelerate and ensure the deployment of Sustainability Strategy at Faurecia Clean Mobility 
  • Ensure the link between FCM and the Sustainability group (Environment, CSR, HSE, CO2, Diversity & Inclusion)
  • Helping to set up and Monitoring CSR action plans on the sites world wide with a focus on Europe.
  • Report on key indicators (Planet, Business, People)
  • Manage the Sustainability communication (webinars, workshops, Live Events…)
  • Organize global and local events (planting in Portugal, solidarity race in Europe, etc.)
  • Lead the WW Sustainability network with a focus on Europe.
  • HR missions, with focus on Learning and Development (L&D) and Employee Empowerment in Iberia & Italy plant
  • Take part to the Up-skilling and re-skilling project (mapping of up-skilling and re-skilling needs and current L&D offer, gap analysis and action plan)
  • Benchmark the local learning strategy on the sites and ensure the sharing of best practices
  • Create and facilitate workshops for first level of managers (Gap Leaders & Supervisors) on the basics of Employee Empowerment
  • After training to our methodology, coach our first level of managers on their role in Employee Empowerment
  • Support lo local HR activities in CSR & Communication

 

The mission will last 12 months.

 

 

Who are you ?

  • You are between 18 and 28 years old (included)
  • European citizenship
  • Be convinced on topics related to Sustainable Development
  •  Strong communication skills
  • Knowledgable on CSR topics: Environment, CO2 neutrality, People diversity, Business ethics, community management
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in matrix organization 
  • Good and interpersonal skills
  • First experience in CSR/Sustainability 
  • OR First experience in HR/training
