Job Description
JOB SUMMARY :
This role is for Emirati Nationals. Reporting to the BUD Immunology, the marketing associate will assist the Immunology department with its Marketing initiatives and programs. His/her scope will include coordinating marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research by ensuring strong cross functional collaborations with the Business Unit Managers, Sales and Brand Managers and in-field team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or HCP marketing.
  • Independently coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Assist with developing and managing Immunology content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market, research and sales data.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating market share, pricing, and advertising and maintaining updated research databases.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Manage accurately and timely the transactions related to marketing events in line with ethics and compliance procedures in place, among others: Sponsorship Agreements, Contracts, Events Logistics Support, MAP support, etc…
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
  • University degree in business or marketing / medical or pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience.
  • Creativity, innovation and curiosity about marketing concepts and trends.
  • Good level of project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
