Start your career development and become Tetra Pak's next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated new graduates to join us in 2024 September!

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program, you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are searching for a motivated membrane Sales Support Specialist - Future Talent Programme. You will report to our Service Manager and be part of a team of experienced colleagues. Together with the service manager set the strategy for promoting and strengthening our aftersales offer with a special focus on the membrane aftersales.
The position is based in Silkeborg, Denmark, the site will move to Aarhus in 2025.

What you will do

  • Be the point of contact for selected Customers, Sales managers, and external colleagues regarding membrane sales.
  • Support to end customers and colleagues in Tetra Pak market companies
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers' requests both internally and externally.
  • Strengthen our relationship with key membrane suppliers, within a team effort.
  • In time be responsible for driving activities within a defined geographical area.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and provide input to actions needed
  • Expect 25-50 travel days per year

We believe you have

  • Recently completed (2022-2023)/ or will be doing so soon (2024) your studies in Business Administration, Sales or related disciplines
  • Engineering knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Passionate to learn about membrane filtration plants and their use
  • Interested in processing plants for the food industry, preferably within the dairy
  • Flair for working with customer contact is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and Danish language skills as a benefit
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • A merchant with an eye for the business and the fulfillment of customer needs
  • You are located in Denmark
