Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. Job Summary

Are you recent graduate who is curious about how a company can attract, motivate and retain it's employees with effective global total rewards programs?

Then you might be just the one we are looking for! As part of our Future Talent program we are looking for a recently graduated individual to join our HR Competence and Support Center team reporting to the Director of Global Compensation and Benefits. You will be working as a Reward Associate and will have the opportunity to gain insights into our global reward programs, contribute to our compensation and benefit strategy development and collaborate on various projects with colleagues around the globe.

It's a unique opportunity to learn and obtain hands-on experience about compensation management, benefit strategy and employee recognition frameworks in a fully international setting.

The Future Talent Program starts in September 2024. The position is based in Budaörs, Hungary but can include local and international job rotations.

What you will do

You will be working on and contributing to the development, improvement of our global total compensation and benefit offerings, supporting our global pay equity, pay transparency initiatives, helping the team on job evaluation systems.

More specifically:

  • Support our annual global compensation management activities via various statistical analyses.
  • Review global economic trends and labour market statistics and derive conclusions that can influence our global policy developments.
  • Work with our global compensation management systems (SuccessFactors and MarketPay) and propose ways to improve the utilization of those.
  • Participate in the assessment of globally governed benefit programs (eg.: pension, medical, company car).
  • Coordinate global total rewards projects with the wider Rewards community.
  • Help our organisation in getting ready and be compliant to pay transparency and various pay equity and ESG legislations.
  • Coordinate the work our global job evaluation/levelling committee.
  • Help to conduct ad-hoc compensation and benefit studies to support our global business partner organization.
