Job Description

  • Must Haves:

Extensive Hands-on Experience as an Architect on system in the core modules plus very good understanding in the associated modules.
  • Expert in one module and need to have skillset in one to two additional related modules.
  • Should be able to understand end to end processes within these modules including cross functional knowledge.
  • Should be able to handle integration points across the modules.
  • Should be able to give direction to technical consultants to enable functional requirements.
  • Should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, accounts, ability to face clients, conduct and drive discussions and workshops.
  • Should be knowledgeable about business functions (high level) and latest technology trends.
  • Should be a strong SME Provide thought leadership and direction for end-to-end SAP Architecture rest of the ecosystem comprising of both SaaS and On-Premises applications.
  • Developing and designing a global SAP technical landscape which optimizes both on-premises and cloud-based computer technologies and effectively supports business modules.
  • Should be able to prepare and present point of view in conjunction with technology and industry trends.

Good to Haves:

  • Should be acquainted with ACTIVATE methodology & having proven experience in S4 Hana Transformation engagements (Must have done at least 2 S4 Hana implementation in a lead / Architect role, must have lead architected solutions across S4 Hana, ECC, C4C, BW, EPM, IBP Applications on -prem & Cloud environments
  • Must also have experience in managing & delivering managed service engagements.
  • Should be able to guide and mentor associates in his / her competency to the next higher level and bring meaningful value addition to the practice.
  • Should be able to collaboratively work with the delivery leaders to prioritize and attend to client escalations
  • Should be trusted SME and validated contribution in various knowledge sharing forums, paper publication, additionally the candidate should be able to forefront discussions with SAP on strategic initiatives like future oriented trainings, workshops & certifications, licensing etc.
  • In short, the corresponding competency lead should be looked up as a light house

Should be willing to travel at short notice
