Second Year: Elevate your expertise with greater autonomy and direct market engagement, facilitated by a strategic relocation within Europe. This phase is crafted to deepen your market acumen and enhance your decision-making capabilities.

What will make you successful:

  • Master’s or bachelor's degree, preferably in an Economics, Business or Agricultural discipline
  • Strong interest in Agri-commodity trading business
  • Strong drive for success, great analytical skills, you are self-motivated, results-oriented and you always strive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
  • Willing to travel and/or to relocate within Europe
  • A valid EU work permit
