You really enjoy having the final responsibility for part of the customer journey in one of the domains at Coolblue. Together with Customer Journey Specialists, Business Analysts, and other Product Owners, you’re constantly coming up with new ideas to improve the customer journey. It’s up to you to prioritize these improvements and split them into manageable, valuable parts, so that you and your teams can quickly and constantly be valuable to both Coolblue and the customer. At the same time, you’re able to explain your vision and the outlook of the roadmap on how to add value both short and long-term on a management level.

  • Create a vision and make it happen, to deliver the most valuable product possible together with your team.

  • Inspire your development team and brainstorm about the importance of epics and user stories. “How can we divide epics in the most valuable way?” “What’s the best solution to realize user stories?”
  • Stakeholdermanagement. ''How do you get to the best solution possible with so many internal stakeholders?''
  • “How can we validate our assumptions as soon as possible?” Stimulate the agile mindset and approach in your team and work together with the Scrum Master to bring the team to the next level.
  • Making impact and making decisions. “What do we do now and what can we do later?”
  • Determine the value of business requests. “Why is this so important?”

  • You have successfully completed a University degree.
  • You have at least 2 years fulltime experience as a Product Owner of multiple teams.
  • You live in the Netherlands.
  • You have strong communication skills and know how to build a relationship with stakeholders and your development team.
  • You’re very big on data-driven decisions, enthusiastic, curious, and a big fan of technology.
  • You enjoy immersing yourself in the ideal customer journey every day.
  • You’re good at formulating research questions. As a result, you quickly know what someone means and everything that it includes.
  • Your English level is at least C2.
